Meet Haleh - Founder
By already having qualifications and experience in baking from back home in Iran meant baking is nothing new to Haleh, in 2009 she started off by making cakes for small occasions. She done so by combining the Iranian and English culture to create a unique taste that took her customers by surprise. She then went on to naming the brand "Pearlicious Cakes" and in time changed the brand name to "Haleh's Cake".
In the years to come she went on to gaining a Level 3 qualification in Cake Decoration and has made over 5,000 cakes to date, branched out to getting a unit and recently has opened up her own shop located in Mill Hill. She is one of the only Persian bakers in the UK who has mastered Fresh cream and Icing cakes to an extent that her work is recognised through-out the Persian society, her work has also won her 1st place in numerous competitions and taken part in fund-raising charity events. She has gained her customers trust and respect in the last decade for going above and beyond to ensure her customers are happy in any aspect she see's possible, let it be delivering a cake on a 3 hour journey to the destination so that her cake reaches the client in one piece, all the way to taking on orders for her customers with as little notice as 5 hours before the event. Haleh's main belief is that "A cake is the centre piece of an event, when a customer pays you they aren't just giving you cash but they are giving you their trust. To me that trust is something that money can't buy."
Danial - Managing Director
Growing up with a love for food means nothing gets put out unless it was given the thumbs up by Danial, but with that being said there is a little more to this roll than just stocking up on calorie-counts everyday. With experience from the stock room all the way to management, dealing with different types of customers and clientele from Brent Cross Shopping Centre all the way to the high end fashion retailer and the beacon of Knightsbridge also known as Harrods, Danial brings all he has learnt to the table to ensure this; Haleh's Cake is always moving forward and providing exceptionally amazing quality goods at a World-Class level of Service. Danial leads from the front line, you will see him making coffees and boxing up orders, all the way to helping in the kitchen to ensure the shop runs like clockwork.

Constantly reviewing recipes and researching with the aim of improving methods and creating/strengthening links with both old and new suppliers in-order to ensure the freshest of supplies and highest of quality of ingredients are provided to the team to help them carry out the orders with confidence in the tools provided. He has taken the brands social media platform and increased engagements and uses the story feature on Instagram and Facebook to announce when the fresh batch of sweeties are available to make it easier for customers when purchasing.
